Super quick birthday card from me today I have been playing with the shimmery embossing paste this is the 1st time I have used this one and I love the sparkle you get its so pretty. I have teamed it up with a couple of stamp sets from the new mini catalogue I used Honey bee and Label me bold .

Need a card in a hurry this pretty card is super quick to make. I die cut the whisper white card and stamped the poppies in black adding poppy parade and garden green ink with the 2 small back ground stamps in the painted poppies set. I then add a black mount and cut a strip of back card and a strip of peaceful poppies DSP and mounted them on a whisper white note card then I added a sentiment.

I love this new set of dies the make a beautiful layered poppy love that the leaves are also layered I have used small note books from Morrisons as my base I covered the note book in crumb cake card embossed a small panel for the front and distressed the edges with early espresso ink and added a tie, the poppy is made from poppy parade ,real red and black card stock the leaves are old olive and pear pizzazz.

Thank you for joining me today ,I am taking part in the Poolers blog hop I hope you have time to look around the other pootlers blogs there are so many wonederful projects.The theme of your hop is the new mini catalogue I have use the Positive Thoughts stamp set I love the leave in this set .I used the the baby wipe technique to make the background then stamped the leaf and butterfly in black. I added a vellum band which I heat embossed in black and added some silver thread and a few sequins.

When I was given this set at onstage in November I thought it was ok but it was fabulous but now I have had a change to play with it I love it I used Pear Pizzazz, Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride for the background the Tulip was stamped in Rich Razzleberry and Pear Pizzazz. I punched the large tulip and leaves out with the punch and cut out the smaller flowers out.

Forever Blossom is a part of Parisian Blossoms suite, but today i have only used the forever blossoms stamp set i have team it up with some old favourites from the annual catalogue. I used the brick mask from the pattern party decorative mask set with embossing paste when it was dry I added the granny apple green pigment sprinkles.
I coloured the flower image in granny apple green and petal pink with a little pineapple punch for the centre ,I added some whisper white bakers twine and a few gems from the new mini catalogue, the sentiment is from a new sentiment set Peaceful moment this is going to be one of my go to sets the font is beautiful as are the sentiment.Then I mounted the card front on to a granny apple green card base.
