Grab your self a coffee and take the time to join InspireINK Blog Hop this month we have a lovely less is more is a sketch challenge for you .I am so into making less is more cards at the moment I love to see lots of white space on my cards.So here is my take on the card sketch I picked Positive Thoughts stamp set I cut a strip of DSP then make out where I wanted it before add the embossed line down the side of the strip. The sentiment come from Here’s a card this it works well for this difficult time if you missed this set its well worth a look at it has some lovely sentiments on it.

How cute are these guys I am going to miss them as they are retiring at the end of may so if you would like to get this set please don’t leave it to long.

I used blushing bride and mango melody for my main colours, with a tough of pumpkin pie and smoky slate. i printed the sentiment on my computer as i wanted it personalised for Evie 1st Birthday .

Positive Thoughts Fancy Fold Card

Nice simple fancy fold card today I have used positive thoughts which we should all be trying to have at this difficult time.this card lays flat for posting.

The card measures 10″ x 7″

scored on the long side at 2 1/4″ , 2 3/4″ and 5″

Cut the DSP

1 6 3/4″ x 4 3/4′

2 6 3/4″ x 2″

1 6 3/4″ x 3/8″

Whisper White card stock

6 1/2″ x 3″

I used the Stitched so sweetly die and the 1 3/8″ scallop circle punch and 1 1/4″ circle punch for the stopper only stick the stopper down on one side so that the card front can slip behind it to keep

Timeless Tulips Centre Step Card

I don’t no about you but I love to see the Tulips blowing gentle in the spring breeze.

Todays card is a centre step card alway think this look very elegant I have added 2 tulips on with dimensional. The main tulip i punched out 3 folded them in half and then stuck then together to make a 3D flower.

To make this card you will need:-

12″ x 6″ Soft Sea foam piece of card stock there is a template at the bottom of this post .

Petal pink Layer

cut 1 3 3/4″ x 4 3/4″

cut 2 7/8″ x 4 3/4″

cut 1 7/8″ x 5 3/4″

Soft Sea Foam Layer

cut 1 3 1/2″ x 4 1/2″

cut 2 3/4″ x 4 1/2″

cut 1 3/4″ x 5 1/2″

Whisper White Layer

3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″

I have used Butterfly Wishes think this set leans it self perfectly to simple stamping I used Rococo Rose as my pink,I also used it to make the embossed background lightly blending the ink over the embossed card.
