Beautiful You Double Z Fold Card

Today project is a double z fold card I made this one with my Thursday morning craft group they loved it.

To make this project you will need the Beautiful you stamp set, 1 sheet of A3 card stock I have gone for the lemon and lime twist,a sheet of whisper white card stock and a sheet of DSP I went with Fresh florals

To start cut you base card at 2. 3/8″ on the short side so you are left with 2 piece of card stock at 2.3/8″ x 11. 5/8″ and 5. 7/8″ x 11.5/8″

Score both pieces of cards stock at 5.3/4′ and 2.3/4″

From the whisper white card cut

1 5.1/2″ x 5.1/2″

1 2.1/8″ x 2.1/8″ I used the large square from the stitched shaped framelits die set.

1 2.5/8″ x 2.1/4″

2 2.1/2″ x 2.1/2″

From you DSP paper cut

2 2.3/8″ x 5.1/4″

Mat and layer these on to your card base

Using black memento ink stamp your main image onto your white square piece of card your 1st sentiment onto the other white piece of card stock and finally stamp the last sentiment on to your card base.

To colour my image i used the lemon & lime twist ink i added a little ink to my acrylic block and then added a little water then water coloured my lady.Glue the 2 card bace together add the sentiments.

Cute Hedgehog Thank you card

Good morning from a very windy but beautiful Autumn day here in Durham

Today project is a super cute little hedgehog card,i will be using these as my thank you for shopping with me cards this month.

I hva used the fabulous Painted Harvest to make the little hedgehog.

Here are all the things you will need to make this card.

1st i cut a circle out of white card i used the stitched shape framelits circle die then masked of the bottom 3rd with a posted note.

next i stamped the lighter colour ink on to the card

Then i did the darker colour ink.

then i stamped the pale ink to make his face

I used a black sharpie pen to make his face.

next I took the green ink and placed a little on my stamping block and add a little water then paint a little under the hedgehog.

I cut a piece of pattern paper to 2.1/2″ x 5.1/2″ then distressed round the edge of the pattern paper and the circle.

I then stuck them  on a 5.3/4 x5.3/4 white card and added the sentiment .

Supplies i used on this card:

Background Bits

Ink
